Marine Fabrication

Predominantly fabricating in aluminium for marine fabrications, aluminium exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and strength and are most suited to saltwater marine environments.
Another specialty of MDS Marine is stainless steel fabrications including 316, 316L and 2205 grades to suite specific requirements.
Carbon steel fabrications with suitable surface protection to suit the required design life including hot dipped galvanising and high build epoxy paint systems.

Our staff are capable of manufacturing custom Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel structures to suite your projects specifications.
In the past, we have manufactured custom structures such as aluminium fences, gates, doors, hatches, handrails, benches, industrial walkways and ladders, car and boat trailers, machinery guards and shields, fish cleaning tables, aquarium structural parts, residential structural steel, custom shop fronts and architectural features.
We can handle the finishing of fabricated parts as well. We can have parts anodized, polished, powder coated or painted on request.
